Following Instructions To The Letter

Sunday, June 15th, 2008

The dictionary explains wisdom as having good judgement, understanding, comprehension and intelligence. It also explains wise as being perceptive, intelligent, and knowledgeable. It is written in Psalm 111:10 it says The fear of the Lord is the beginning of wisdom, all who follow his precepts have good understanding. To him belongs eternal praise.

Now Psalm 32:6 it says Therefore let everyone who is godly pray to you while you may be found; surely when the mighty waters rise, they will not reach him. You are my hiding place; you will protect me from trouble and surround me with songs of deliverance. I will instruct you and teach you in the way you should go; I will counsel you and watch over you. Do not be like the horse or the mule, which have no understanding but must be controlled by bit and bridle or they will not come to you. Many are the woes of the wicked, but the Lord’s unfailing love surrounds the man who trusts in him.

Proverbs 1:8 says The fear of the Lord is the beginning of knowledge, but fools despise wisdom and discipline. Look at Proverbs 4:1 it says Listen, my sons, to a father’s instruction; pay attention and gain understanding. I give you sound learning, so do not forsake my teaching. Now look at verse 6 it says Do not forsake wisdom, and she will protect you; love her, and she will watch over you. Wisdom is supreme; therefore get wisdom Though it cost all you have, get understanding. Now look at verse 13 it says Hold on to instruction, do not let it go; guard it well, for it is your life. At verse 20 it says My son, pay attention to what I say; listen closely to my words. Do not let them out of your sight, keep them within your heart; for they are life to those who find them and health to a man’s whole body.

In Proverbs 8:10 it says Choose my instructions instead of silver, knowledge rather that choice gold, for wisdom is more precious than rubies and nothing you desires can compare with her. I wisdom, dwell together with prudence; I possess knowledge and discretion. To fear the Lord is to hate evil; I hate pride and arrogance, evil behavior and perverse speech. Counsel and sound judgment are mine; I have understanding and power. At verse 32 it says Now then, my sons, listen to me; blessed are those who keep my ways. Listen to my instruction and be wise; do not ignore it. Blessed is the man who listens to me, watching daily at my doors, waiting at my doorway. For whoever finds me finds life and receives favor from the Lord.

Look at Proverbs 16:3 it says Commit to the Lord whatever you do, and your plans will succeed. The Lord works out everything for his own endseven the wicked for a day of disaster. At verse 6 it says Through love and faithfulness sin is atoned for; through the fear of the Lord he makes even his enemies live at peace with him. Verse 9 says In his heart a man plans his course, but the Lord determines his steps. Verse 19 says Better to be lowly in spirit and among the oppressed that to share plunder with the proud. Whoever gives heed to instruction prospers, and blessed is he who trust in the Lord. The wise in heart are called discerning, and pleasant words promote instruction. Understanding is a fountain of life to those who have it, but folly brings punishment to fools. A wise man’s heart guides his mouth, and his lips promote instruction. Pleasant words are a honeycomb, sweet to the soul and healing to the bones. There is a way that seems right to a man, but in the end it leads to death. Verse 33 says The lot is cast into the lap, but its every decision is from the Lord.

Proverbs 23:4 says Do not wear yourself out to get rich; have the wisdom to show restraint. Verse 12 says Apply your heart to instruction and your ears to words of knowledge. Verse 23 says Buy the truth and do not sell it; get wisdom, discipline and understanding.

Now in the book of 1Corinthians 14:26 it says What then shall we say, brothers? When you come together, everyone has a hymn, or a word of instruction, a revelation, a tongue or an interpretation. All of these must be done for the strengthening of the church.

In the book of Ephesians 6:4 it says Fathers, do not exasperate your children; instead, bring them up in training and instructions of the Lord. In the book of 1Thessalonians 4:7 it gives us an instruction to please God. It says For God did not call us to be impure, but to live a holy life. Therefore, he who reject this instruction does not reject man but God, who gives you his Holy Spirit.

Now in the book of 2Thessalonians 3:11 it says We hear that some among you are idle. They are not busy; they are busybodies. Such people command and urge in the Lord Jesus Christ to settle down and earn the bread they eat. And as for you brothers, never tire of doing what is right. If anyone does not obey our instructions in this letter, take special note of him. Do not associate with him, in order that he may feel ashamed. Yet do not regard him as an enemy, but warn him as a brother.

1Timothy 1:18 says Timothy, my son, I give you this instruction in keeping with the prophecies once made about you, so that by following them you may fight a good fight, holding on to faith and a good conscience. Some have rejected these and so have shipwrecked their faith. Now 2Timothy 4:1 says In the presence of God and of Christ Jesus, who will judge the living and the dead, and in view of his appearing and his kingdom, I give you this charge; Preach the Word; be prepared in season and out of season; correct, rebuke and encouragewith great patience and careful instruction. For the time will come when men will not put up with sound doctrine. Instead, to suite their own desires, they will gather around them a great number of teachers to say what their itching ears want to hear.

Now look at James 1:5 it says If any of you lacks wisdom, he should ask God, who give generously to all without finding fault, and it will be given to him. But when he asks, he must believe and not doubt, because he who doubts is like a wave of the sea, blown and tossed by the wind.

To conculde look at Colossians 2:2 it says My purpose is that they may be encourage in heart and united in love, so that they may have the full riches of complete understanding, in order that they may know the mystery of God, namely, Christ, in whom are hidden all the treasures of wisdom and knowledge. I tell you this so that no one may deceive you by find-sounding arguments. For though I am absent from you in body, I am present with you in spirit and delight to see how orderly you are and how firm your faith in Christ is.

Love Always,

Your Sister in Christ,

Use Your Yellow Page Savings to Finance Your Internet Local Search Visibility

A Yellow Page Ad Says You’re “Open for Business”

Most small businesses that have a storefront or provide a service are committed to a Yellow Page directory ad. It was a safe bet, since buyers went to the directory when they were ready to buy.

Every year owners renew their ad. And steadily the costs go up. Many advertisers “beefed up” their ad, hoping to stand out – making it even more expensive. For too many, their directory ad is their most expensive (or only) promotional activity. While the expense increased, directory use has gone down. Since last year’s advent of Local Search, many more people go online than to their Yellow Pages before they make buying decisions.

The Walking Fingers are Walking on the Keyboard

“Let your fingers do the walking” means calling a business to get desired answers before visiting the store. Nowadays, instead of opening the directory, 70% of buyers head to the Internet to conduct searches. Already, 36% of such searches are looking for local vendors. Of those, 45% have a buying intention. Yet 54% of the qualified small businesses don’t appear in those results. So customers select from those who do – a major handicap for those left out.

Older businesses depend on the directory more than newer ones. 78% of enterprises open over 20 years rely on the directory, compared to 52% of firms under 10 years. Younger operations are more willing to incorporate online exposure, and thereby out-pace their well-established competition. Ouch!

Of course, every Yellow Page category is different. Some get a lot more use than others. Maybe it’s true for you. But the only way to know is to track where your new customers come from. And if you’re bothering to track, how much is coming to you via the Web?

Local Search Appeals to Computer-Savvy Buyers in your Town

A Local Search occurs when a person adds a geographic term (city, state, region, zip code) to a search engine query. The results only show enterprises in that area – florists in Cheyenne – displayed on a map.

Who searches for local businesses? The locals, certainly. But so do travelers, people intending to move there (or just arrived), and those who want to do business with an enterprise in that town (flowers for Aunt Mildred). Most have no prior contact (or preference) with your competitors.

Yellow Page directory listings were added to search engine data bases. So even the cheapest ad gets a business listed. And there’s no evidence that a more expensive directory ad can accomplish any more than that. That’s why your savings from cutting the size or options of your directory ad could cover the costs for your initial online exposure.

Your directory ad gets you into the search data bases, but won’t make you stand out there. And just being listed isn’t sufficient. Where are you listed? In an obscure section that doesn’t get searched? Under what keywords? Is your information accurate or complete? Probably not.

Take an Active Role to Assure Plentiful Search Engine Results
To get the steady flow of customers search engines can deliver, you need to get involved. Make sure information about your enterprise is accurate, complete and consistent – everywhere it appears.

Look for yourself online. Conduct various Local Searches from the buyer’s mindset – what terms do they look for? How hard are you to find? And who does appear in such results? What are they doing that you’re not? Enough said.

Search engine optimization (SEO) involves methods to boost one’s search engine rankings. Be wary of most SEO advice. It can be expensive and time consuming – and unlikely to work for you anyway. As a small or mid-sized enterprise, you’re not competing for a front position related to the entire Internet. You only need to appear at the front of search results geared to your community, and ahead of your local competitors.

Get listed in the various Internet Yellow Pages (IYP). Some are free, some aren’t. Some are national, others regional. But the few dollars spent for enhanced listings or links to your site, can pay real dividends. Shop around and compare what works best for your region and type of business. Start by checking where you’re already listed: http://www.localsearchresources.com/listed.html

Businesses with Websites Benefit Most from Local Search

Even a small website provides more complete and useful information than any directory ad. And you’ll appear in many more categories of search results. When asked where to get an inexpensive website that’s optimized for Local Search, I recommend Geo Target Search http://www.geotargetsearch.com. If you mention my name they’ll give you third month of hosting free.

Look for resources designed for brick-and-mortar enterprises that bring effective search engine results – without it being expensive or overly complicated. They’re out there.

For those who already have a website and want to make sure it appears in Local Search results, I recommend Sharon Fling’s set of videos, “Get listed on local search for free”
http://www.localsearchresources.com/fling.html She has spent years showing small businesses how to develop their Internet presence and earnings at http://www.geolocal.com

Yellow Page Smarts, explains how to combine your Yellow Page ad with your website for maximum profits. http://yellowpagesage.com/smarts.html Capture ready buyers wherever they’re looking for information – online and offline.

Local Search lets small businesses show up before buyers when they’re ready to spend. And it needn’t cost you more than you already pay. Shave some of your Yellow Page directory expense and put those dollars to work on your website and IYP. You’ll multiply your exposure and traffic.

The Biggest Distractions Of Working From Home And How To Avoid Them

Saturday, June 14th, 2008

Do you ever have days when the little things in life seem to be fighting to keep you from getting any work done? Here are some suggestions to help you alleviate some of the most common distractions people face when working from home.

If you have young children underfoot throughout the day, it is easy to be drawn away from work. Try to get things done during nap times and after the children have gone to bed. You can hire a teen aged mothers helper to come in for a few hours each day, or go all out and hire a Nanny. Even 10 hours a week of quiet, uninterrupted time will help you drive your home business forward.

Repeatedly checking your emails can be another major distraction. Replying, deleting, and managing emails is a drain on your time and produces no real results. I recommend checking your emails no more than 3 times a day, and deleting unwanted emails only once a day, in the evening. You will be surprised how much time this will free up for you to do more important tasks.

Surfing the net can be a serious time waster. If you are looking for specific information, find what you need quickly and then get out . Sign yourself off of messenger services, and by all means stay away from chat rooms, forums and blogs until you have completed your work for the day.

Use a voice mail service to take your phone calls if you don’t wish to talk on the phone. Make sure to turn the ringer off so you won’t be distracted. Set aside a specific block of time each day to call contacts and leads and follow up. Stick to your plan.

Running errands can be done at specific times during the week, such as on Wednesday between 1 and 3. Going out for just one errand 2 to 4 times a week is a waste of energy, time and gas. Get it all done in one afternoon and don’t worry about it for the rest of the week.

Housework is not everyone’s favorite activity. If you avoid it, you’ll get overwhelmed. If you are spending too much time on it, you have little time for your business and family. It helps if you delegate some of the responsibility to other family members. Break up the chores by doing 15 minutes worth of cleaning several times a day. This has the added benefit of getting you up out of your desk chair and moving. If finances allow, you can hire a cleaning service to assist you with the chores that you really dislike doing.

Putting these suggestions into practice will keep the distractions to a minimum and ensure your home business will run more smoothly.

Leveraging Your Writing

Friday, June 13th, 2008

A frequent conversation I have with my writing clients is how to best utilize their writing to gain more exposure and to create more income. If there is one thing that will accomplish both of these objectives, it’s learning how to leverage your writing.

I suggest that you write something once, then use it in various mediums. Here’s an example. I offer a teleclass series called Getting Clear About the Writing Process. I spent several days developing the content for that four week, one hour per week series. I recorded the classes and produced a workbook from the written content. I will be selling the recordings as CDs and downloadable MP3 files, and the workbook will be offered in both printed and downloadable file formats. Eventually, I will use the content to produce a book on writing, and will record that book for sale as a book on tape. I am also planning to submit portions of the content to magazines and online sites that are seeking guest columnists. And finally, I will be expanding the content to begin offering live workshops and retreats for potential writers.

My goal is to use any writing I create a minimum of five different ways, more if possible. Some will be direct income; others will be for marketing purposes. From my example, here are the methods I am using:

1. Teleclass Content

2. CDs

3. MP3s

4. Workbook

5. Downloadable PDF file

6. Articles for publication

7. Book

8. Book on tape

9. Workshops

10. Retreats

Another form of leverage is to use parts of what you’ve written to create another completely new piece. I save all my writing, regardless if I use it immediately or not. This week, as I was finalizing my chapter for the next book in my coaching book series, A Guide to Getting It: Sacred Healing, I used writing I had done several years ago titled, “Breaking the Pattern: The Seven C’s of Transformation.” Although it was not published at the time I wrote it, I’ve used various versions and parts of it in several other works that have subsequently been published.

Writing is like piecing together a quilt. Sometimes just one sentence from a work you’ve already written will fit nicely into a new piece. Other times, I’ve used an entire article and put it in a longer piece, such as a chapter in the series, or in the book I am writing for publication next year.

The creative process is like diving for pearls. You might write ten pages and only one sentence works well for your current use. Or you might write ten sentences and they are all pearls. Combining bits and pieces from different writing sessions has resulted in some of my best work.

Then there are the times that I write something that doesn’t seem very dazzling or pertinent at the time I wrote it. Thensometimes years laterI will read it again and the message is completely apt and the writing is compelling. I’m sure you’ve had the experience of reading a book and getting a specific message from it, then reading it again a year or two later and another completely different message jumps out at you. It’s the same with your own writing. So keep everything you work on, whether it’s on the computer or in long-hand. You never know when you will be leveraging it in one way or another!

MLM Training – Phone Phobia and How to Get Over It in Network Marketing

Thursday, June 12th, 2008

So….

You look at the telephone and weird things start to happen?

Let me see — I bet I can describe it. I went through it, and fortunately now teach how to conquer it for MLM and Network Marketing.

1) You get a knot in your stomach.

2) You get anxious and start dreading the call.

3) You actually start sweating and heart pounds.

4) You begin to think of other things you need to do.

5) You decide to go do them.

Sound famliar?

That is what I used to do constantly until one day we realized some things that made a HUGE difference in our phone calls in network marketing. When the “light went on” and we actually understood the Psychology of the Telephone, it made all the difference in the world.

On the telphone in mlm, your job really is to do one thing:

Separate.

Your job is to talk to people and separate people into 2 groups:

People that are OPEN to new ideas.

People that are not open to new ideas.

And the ones that are not open to new ideas right now, are simply people you put in your ‘later’ file. You are a messenger, and every phone call is simply a delivery vehicle. Either way, you have been successful at separating the people you talk to in network marketing.

And combine that with these three relizations, you will find some relief with Phone Phobia.

Here are the 3 realizations we had about the telephone in network marketing and what the REALITY is, versus what we think we are doing.

1) ALL a phone call is, is a CONVERSATION

That is it. It is simply a conversation that you have done a thousand times before. And the secret to getting past the phone phobia in MLM is to have NO agenda for the call except to hold a conversation with the person and see if they are open to a new idea.

That is it. You want to talk to them and see if they are open to a new idea that would help them. If they are not open, then talk about them. If they are open, then ask some questions about what they are looking to happen in their life and what they would like to improve. Have no agenda, except to help people, and if you can great. If you cannot, great. You have still held a conversation that went well.

2) Understand that all phone phobia is based on the fear of the wrong results.

If you knew you would get all yeses, then you would call people 24/7. But you know that you will not, so you get scared.

How about changing your paradigm?

How about looking at the phone call NOT from a results standpoint, but a PRACTICE standpoint, and you are calling people to practice and get better, and sharpen your skills? Results are partly a fruit of a good skill set and why not get better at it while you work?

INFERNO Secret:

You are NOT in charge of results. You are only in charge of getting better at the phone which will improve your results dramatically.

Are you in the market currently for a $400,000 Bentley? No? If a friend of yours who is marketing them calls you and tells you about them, have they done something wrong? Just because they do not sell you one, should they quit selling them? Of course not. You simply were not in the market right now for one.

It is the same thing with Network marketing. Some people simply will not be in the market for what you are marketing.

Do not worry about results. They will come. Worry about getting better, and getting an expertise in using the telephone that you can train your downline with.

3) Realize that Phone Phobia is also an opinion. A wrong one.

You are calling to hold a conversation with someone to HELP THEM, not sell them or recruit them. Many people look at using the telephoine in network marketing as “bothering my friends.” That is an opinion in error. How can you bother friends when you calling to see if you can help them?

You do not know if they are who you are looking for, and if your mlm products and services are what they need. You are not bothering them, but offering them a message with some new information that could possibly help their life.

Make your opinion count. Get out of the “bother zone’ and into the “message zone.” If your message is not received, then they are not open to new ideas. It is that simple.

Your job is to find out if they are open or not.

Ok….

Look at the phone.

Touch it.

This is your conversation tool. This is your Wealth Vault and holds the keys to a lot of money in your life and other’s lives.

Your job is to call people and talk about THEM, and see if they are open to a new idea.

You are not in charge of results, and you are not in charge of what they say. You are in charge of talking about them and what is BEST FOR THEM.

Dial the number.

Start your normal conversation and ask about their life, family, and job.

Ask for their help. You need some people to try your products.

If they say yes- you have succeeded. They are open to new ideas.

If they say no, you have succeeded. You have found that they are not open to new ideas.

Are you bleeding or need a doctor? No?

See? Do this over and over, and hold conversations with people about them and what is best for them. You will find your phone phobia going away in your MLM and Network Marketing Business.

How a CRM for Microsoft Office Can Turn Your Small Business into a Productivity Powerhouse

Thursday, June 12th, 2008

The number one reason small businesses fail is due to lack of experience. “Lack of Experience” in the industry the entrepreneur enters and in management, as well. The fact of the matter is small business owners nearly tear their hair out when attempting to coexist as the CEO, Director of Marketing & Sales, Customer Service and Office Administration. After all, wearing multiple hats is challenging, especially when there’s only 24 hours in a day.

Today’s technology supports an entrepreneur’s ability to evolve into a savvy manager by computerizing internal business processes and simplifying intra-office communications with office automation software (OAS). With 90% of the market share, Microsoft Office allows opportunists world-wide to conduct effective personal information management using Outlook, prepare professional documents with Word, present proficient Power Point presentations, manage data effectively using Excel, and more. The question is, “How can entrepreneurs fully utilize Microsoft Office for positive interaction with their business’ external environment?” The solution is uniting a dynamic customer relationship manager (CRM) with the ubiquitous Microsoft Office suite.

With minimal resources and personnel, entrepreneurs can use CRM for Microsoft Office to efficiently communicate with their employees, customers, and vendors. A centralized contact manager not only streamlines common business processes but saves time and increases productivity. Whether you’re a “one-man show” or have a network of a few employees, a contact manager combined with the power of Microsoft Office, can help build long-lasting relationships with company stakeholders and make it easier to clearly focus on succeeding.

For Administration:

A centralized database of client, employee, and vendor contact information, provided by a systematic customer relationship manager, simplifies every-day administrative duties including scheduling and messaging. Business owners and administrative assistants alike can easily use a CRM Office Add-on to pull up a contact record and schedule an appointment. By integrating with Outlook, the user can create appointments or tasks from a central location and it will automatically appear in their personal Outlook or on the company’s public calendar (if in an Exchange environment). The same goes for messaging. Locate the contact record from any desk in the office, and send a message via email using Outlook.

For Marketing:

The everyday infrastructure of most businesses is already facilitated by Microsoft Office. Let’s take writing 15 thank you letters, for example. It’s almost commonplace to use Microsoft Word to create such a professional document. However, once the letter is complete, Word doesn’t provide a way to automatically format each letter with the customer’s name and address. In addition, what medium will be used to deliver the professional documents to its respective targets, all 15 of them to be exact! Can Outlook do this? Sure, if email is the method of choice for delivery. First copy and paste the content of the letter 15 times into 15 emails and then enter the email addresses for each letter. The process is not only time consuming, but often painstaking, as well. Not to mention, that’s only for 15 letters. What about 50, 100, 500 or even 1000?

With the added help of a customer relationship manager, repetitive tasks like letter writing, turn into routine processes. Create the letter template in Word and save it to the centralized database of the customer relationship manager. Next, pull up the 15 contact records of this week’s new clients. Select all 15 records and merge their contact information with the template into 15 letters. Besides the 10 minutes it takes to write the letter, the CRM creates 15 personalized copies in about 30 seconds. Hence, mass communicating is systematized and cost effective. The days of spending a week to do a mailing to the firm’s entire customer base can be done in just minutes through broadcast mailing, and even faxing or e-mailing, too.

For Sales:

Many businesses who implement CRM technology with MS Office notice benefits immediately. Once customer data is centralized and easily accessible by the sales team, the CRM becomes a great monitoring tool. The sales team is now able to conduct follow-up phone calls while having the power to view personalized, detailed notes unique to each client record or lead. Then a fortunate chain reaction is triggered. By personalizing the follow-up strategy, the customer ultimately feels more distinguished and treasured. Plus, a regular follow-up strategy helps the sales professional to build a relationship with the client, which will then increase client loyalty. To sum it all up, CRM technology makes the game of lead control a win-win situation for the firm and its clients. A CRM solution will also refine sales methods to better meet each and every need of a new prospect.

Now, add the capabilities of the CRM to Microsoft Office. From the contact record, sales professionals can add a note to their personal Outlook, write an entry in their personal Outlook journal, create an Excel spreadsheet for tracking monthly revenues or calls, email the contact through Outlook, send the contact a fax, and schedule the next follow-up call. Now the sales process is completely automated from a central point of location. Think about how much time is saved.

CRM Solutions Help Build Stronger Relationships

It’s no secret; the vast number of customer relationship managers which are currently on the market. The question is which one is right for you?

Key factors to consider when evaluating a CRM solution:

• Is the contact information you enter accurate and true?

• Is the database constantly updated and maintained?

• Can you easily retrieve and share contact information?

• Are documents such as fax cover sheets, letters, labels and lists easily constructed with the program?

• Can it communicate with Microsoft Office without complicated exporting procedures?

• Does it enable users to easily communicate with each other and the outside world?

• Does it send messages to cellular phones, PDAs, smartphones, pagers, email and two-way radios instantly?

• Can employees effectively track communication with clients and vendors?

• Does it include lead & campaign management features for prospecting?

The benefits of a CRM do not stop with just the needs of the customer — it adds value to the business as a whole. Employees are happier and less stressed because processes and procedures are simplified, take less time and effort to execute and the details are “taken care of”. Employees become more organized and effective in achieving team goals. Management also benefits from increased employee productivity, lowered business expenses, reduced overtime hours, and goals are easier to meet. The business as a whole can run leaner because a good contact manager allows entrepreneurs and their employees to multi-task in a Microsoft Office environment, with ease.

The Value of Web Presence for Small Businesses

Wednesday, June 11th, 2008

Undoubtedly, the internet can make the difference between a successful small business and one ignored by customers. Due to the global nature of the Internet surpassing physical frontiers between nations, and even making it unnecessary to use printed business cards when they can easily be hosted online.

Web presence can make small businesses more competitive from any angle, allowing you to understand new trends, as well as discover opportunities and problems without wasting time. A small business with Internet presence improves your opportunity to connect with a number of suppliers and customers that otherwise might not be possible in your local area.

Furthermore, traditional printed business cards including an Internet address, not only opens a new range of possibilities to succeed, but also is a way to increase your communications, showing an appealing professional appearance, no matter how big or small your business or company is actually.

In fact, you will be surprised to see prospective clients seeking what they want through search engines. Others might check for URLs in business cards instead of browsing the printed yellow pages, because a web presence translates is synonym to having a shop or booth in every corner of the world, where every individual or small business can have the same presence as the big enterprises.

Of course, budget, skills, knowledge and other Internet resources determine the performance of every small business online. However, it will always be beneficial to develop your business web presence if you want to get customers from every location around the world or, as a practical alternative, you can create online business cards for you, your partners and employees.

On the Internet, you will find a number of websites offering both services, development of your web presence and creating your online business cards, ranging from low-mid prices to those unaffordable for people who are just starting a new business venture. However, you do not need a big budget to start.

There are a number of free Web hosting services that will gladly give you web space to develop your presence. If you have no idea how to create a website, they usually have facilities called online tools or web site builders, allowing you to create a nice looking page with just a small amount of information regarding your small business, products and services.

If you do not feel comfortable with those tools, there are other options for you. If you want to create only a business card that looks like real printed business cards, you can always get free or cheap web templates, coming in a variety of designs and only requiring your information to be uploaded, which will create your web presence instantly.

Natalie Aranda writes about business, technology and online payment options. On the Internet, you will find a number of websites offering both services, development of your web presence and creating your online business cards, ranging from low-mid prices to those unaffordable for people who are just starting a new business venture.
